Orders within Spain will be processed and shipped in 7 business days and delivered within 1 to 7 days, unless otherwise specified.
International orders will be processed and shipped in 7 business days and delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, unless otherwise specified.
Each piece of art is sent using a tracking number and signed for service.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork and the destination address.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at check-out once you enter your shipping country. We will also be in touch after your purchase to let you know of an expected delivery date, but we are unable to be day-specific with international shipments. However, the shipping company should be in touch with you to notify you of the progress.
Additional import taxes and duties may also apply to buyers outside of the European Union.
For rush orders and special projects please reach out to us at info@vasto.es. Upon your express request, depending on our capacity at the given moment, we can set up extraordinary express shipments to meet your timing needs.
For commissioned works, the shipping timings will vary depending on the specific project and the artist’s agenda.
Please note: There are exceptions to the general shipping timings. Artworks that do not meet the regular shipping times are specified on their own technical sheet in this website.
Delivery destination
At checkout, a destination address must be provided. If you’d like to change your delivery address after you’ve placed the order (e.g. to an office address where someone is there to sign), then please email us at info@vasto.es. You can opt to pick up your order from Casa Vasto in Poblenou, Barcelona. In this case, an additional charge will be added to your order for covering packaging costs.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has been sent out. On arrival, it will need a signature to confirm safe delivery.

Packaging
Prints and photographs are sent in protective tubes or hard-cover files, and all framed and unframed original artworks, including ceramics and objects, are packaged in a proper protective wrapping. All the packaging is specially made to ensure breakage prevention during delivery.
Frames
We offer framing only to customers in Spain. This is due to the high international shipping costs of framed pieces, in addition to their great fragility. To request framing, please get in contact with us at info@vasto.es and we will arrange it according to your specific needs and taste. Framing management has an additional service fee. The artworks are mounted by a framing studio in Madrid or Barcelona, and takes an additional 15 or 20 work days for delivery. The frame will be ready to put on your wall as soon as it arrives.
Please note: returns of framed artworks are not allowed because once framed especially for a customer we cannot reuse the piece.
Tax
Customers outside of the European Union might have to pay taxes, import duties and/or handling fees upon entry of the artwork into their own country. All of these are additional costs. VASTO does not accept liability for the correct importation of artworks bought on the platform – it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that artworks are imported legally into their own country and that the correct duties are paid.
Returns
If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us at info@vasto.es within 12 hours of the arrival of the artwork. Provide your name, order information, proof of purchase, and the reason for returning. You may return your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery.
All items should be returned in their original condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfill these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return back to us. You can use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service so that the product and your refund isn’t lost.

If your artwork is broken or damaged, please take pictures of the damage or issue, including pictures of the package, and email them to us within 12 hours after receiving it. We’ll gladly refund the full purchase amount or arrange a store credit for you within 14 days of receipt of the artwork. In this exceptional situation, we will bear all the costs of the return of the damaged artwork.
Please note: Framed works and on demand prints cannot be returned since they are printed and/or mounted especially for you and can’t be reused after being returned.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel the purchase within 24 hours after the purchase is made. We will refund the full purchase amount or arrange a store credit for you. To do this, please write to us at info@vasto.es.
